Take two minutes to watch one of the most stylish and up-and-coming racers on the downhill scene shredding her home trails.

>>> You should check out Emilie Siegenthaler’s stunning World Champs bike too

For those with a keener-than-casual eye on this year’s World Cup downhill race season will know who Emilie Siegenthaler is.

The Swiss racer ended up on the podium a total of five times during the 2016 World Cup season. She never finished out of the top 10 in fact. Her runs are always a very pleasing combination of style, control and gung-ho. She’s always a name you make sure you watch during the Red Bull TV broadcasts or replays.

Such a season would be impressive enough on its own but Siegenthaler’s 2017 came after an extended spell off the bike recovering from a nasty stack at Crankworx in 2016.

Which all makes this video even more joyful to watch. She deserves to be having such a great 2017 both on the race runs and during her non-racing riding on her home trails of Verbier, Switzerland on her lovely looking Pivot Firebird.

Pivot Cycles: “After a winter of rehab and strength building, Emilie Siegenthaler is a regular on the World Cup downhill podium, representing for Pivot Factory Racing. When she’s not racing, you can find her hitting every line she finds in the Swiss mountains. Verbier is one of the premier European MTB resorts and the perfect place for Emilie to shred on her Pivot Firebird.”
