Offering similar protection to the Crud Catcher but with two thick, rubber belts holding it in place, this guard can fit frames with large diameter down tubes. Two rubber mounts are designed to lift it clear of cabling, but they’re too soft and actually pull out of the guard when it’s fastened down. Overall, the CycraGuard is well-styled, top quality and backed up by an impressive warranty, but it needs work if it’s to take Crud’s crown.
