feedback through pedals

Hey guys ive had alot of horrible feelings through my pedals they just dont seem smooth i can feel it under foot i thought it was pedals however i just bought some nice wellgo d/h platforms and they doing the same, i have recently had bottom bracket changed under warranty could this be the problem or would gear alignment do this although im getting all gears relatively smooth .

Could be a problem with the rear shock? if you have a FS, please enlighen us further, try disconnecting the chain does it still feel smooth?

hey yeah it is fs i will remove chain and see thanks the prob seems to be at slow speeds when less push on the pedals when im going crazy doesnt seem to be a problem or i just cant feel it anyway :)

A stretched chain or worn rings/cassette can be felt through the cranks, but then if it's just been in for the bottom bracket I'm pretty sure LBS would have picked up on that?
