it doesnt count for jetwashers does it? Gotta clean the caravan this weekend lol, im not technically 'drawing water from a hosepipe' its beer line as its much tougher than hosepipe and can handle freezing etc

If you can feed your jet wash off a bucket or trough, then you're safe.

Sorry old chap, caravans probably come under the "cleaning of motor vehicles" section because they are a form of trailer designed to be towed behind a car (or so the legislation says):

Cleaning a private motor-vehicle using a hosepipe
5. In section 76(2)(b) of the Act, “private motor-vehicle” means—
(a) a mechanically propelled vehicle designed, constructed or adapted for use on roads, except—
(i) a public service vehicle, as defined in section 1 of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981(c), and
(ii) a goods vehicle, as defined in section 192 of the Road Traffic Act 1988(d);
or
(b) a trailer designed, constructed or adapted for attachment to a vehicle falling within paragraph (a).

and what about the garden shower.... that's connected by a hose.... ??? Is washing the OH a sin/illegal after a swim in the pool?

But we don't have a ban over here.... just expensive metered water!
