Hi, does anybody know where you can source spares for these seatposts?????

I have side to side play that is now excessive and annoying when riding.

I can not find a new guide block anywhere!!

If you have any ideas please let me know.

They are the sole importers/distributors of CB.My Joplin 3 recently failed and they quoted £30 to repair.They serviced/repaired it for free
They said that I could do with a new outer sleeve as they'd replaced the guide block but there was still lateral play because this wears quicker than guide blocks and new sleeve would cost £30.TBH the post is 3 years old and the play doesn't bother me now.

I'd email them,then they'll give you a reference then phone them
You have to speak to the Warranty Dept even if it's out of warranty.
