I'm starting to worry a little now about my fitness for it now... Just did my first day to work on the bike and I've not even pedalled it since well before chrimbo. I'm totally knackered, luckily I've a couple of weeks to adapt to this. I hoping I'll get my fitness up a bit.

I shouldn't worry, my fitness is modelled around the "back marker" principles!!
