No, it’s not a dropper. Yes, it’s only available in 27.2mm size. BUT check out that discount. Crazy! Although it’s only available in 27.2mm you can buy shims to get it to fit whatever size seat tube your bike has. Why get this combo? It is incredibly lightweight and strong.
