The only Pivot Cycles riders you may know are Bernard Kerr and Emilie Siegenthaler on the DH World Cup team but the brand also supports a wide range of up-and-coming downhill racers on its grass roots programs too.

Spencer Green is one such rider and here he shows why he may be one to watch for the future. We love his blacked-out Pivot Phoenix Carbon bike with all the logos removed and the only hint of colour coming from his fork stanchions and orange SLS spring.

This was shot on the last few days of riding at the Canyons Bike Park in Utah before it closed for the winter. It’s entirely filmed on one trail that looks like it would be great fun to ride.

This second half of this edit also has us pretty excited for autumnal riding. The auburn leaves making the forest look at its most lovely, the trails have absorbed just enough moisture to let you hang it out and the dirt is perfect for building so you can fix all the braking bumps and get some new features to improve your skills on.

Keep an eye out for Pivot’s Bernard Kerr at this year’s Red Bull Rampage – that’s also happening in Utah but they won’t be expecting it to be quite as wet there.
