Polish born Michl Kollbeck now lives in Santa Monica, California and races downhill and enduro for NS Bikes, DVO Suspension and Cycle World. On a recent trip to Sedona, Arizona, he took on the ridiculously sketchy White Line trail.

This is an out-and-back section running along a natural bleached section of red sandstone rock for which the area is renowned. The crux move is a fall-line chute into a tight left-hander on a narrow shelf before traversing back along the rock.

With its coarse surface, the sandsone is very grippy, but any slight mistake or slip-up would end in disaster.

The beauty of this video is the simplicity, there is no music and it’s all done in one shot which just adds the the nail-biting tension.

The drone video was filmed by Marshall Mullen.
