Compared to the Air, we found the Troy Lee XC much more substantial and hardwearing. The grippers on the fingers eventually wear off and the Velcro tore on one pair we had, but it's double layered on the palm and features a thicker two-way stretch material on the back. Our only gripe is that the Lycra material between the fingers can snag up, which is usually caused by Velcro on your riding clothes
in the washing machine. For the money, this is a perfect trail glove.
