Get in line!

Uplift booking has opened for the FlyUp417 bike park two months before it is due to be open to the public.

The Fly Up 417 Project is based near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and will be run by the guys behind the Forest of Dean uplift service. It is based just off Junction 11a of the M5 so will be accessible from London, the south of England and south Wales.

It will be a bit more hardcore than Bike Park Wales and will feature three downhill runs (graded from blue to black), a 4X track, a dual slalom track and dirt jump zones. The park will feature the UK’s first drag lift uplift system to get you to the top of the four cross and dual slalom tracks.

The park will also have a cafe, a bike shop and a workshop to keep you and your bike running throughout the day. The park will open to the public on March 14.

The price of a day of uplifts will be £33 and you can also add-on a session on the pump track or dirt jumps as well. If you don’t want to book an uplift you can still ride there for £10 a day. A full list of prices is here.

The uplift booking system is live here or you can book on the phone right now by calling 01452 864036.

You can also buy a membership to the park to save a bit of money. An adult membership will cost £50 with a £10 discount for those mini shredders under 12-years-old. A membership will not get you on the uplift, or even get you free entry, it only gives you discounts and access to members only events.
