I'll try to make this coherent.
The last couple of days I've had a really sore right ankle. It's a flaring up of an old (15 years ago) footballing ligament injury. Last night at yoga it was really very painful.
I don't think I've knocked it in any way that might have caused it. In fact the only thing I can think of that might have triggered it is that I've finally got round to putting new cleats on my shoes.
I ride my tricross to work every day and use time atac pedals.
I tend to clip out with my right foot, is it likely that the extra force in unclipping has caused this or have I somehow aligned my cleat wrong?
Andy
