what do you want to spend money on sending them away to be serviced, a quick diy service on the afternoon of the 17th then an evening gleening information from mtb related forums on how to put the shock back together again and won't have have to worry about riding on the 18thNaaah send it off on the 14th and tell them ypou want it back for the 17th at the latest.
