hi joe, here goes.

after you have written a post and clicked 'continue' you will go to the screen where you can re-read your post and submit it.

in the boxes next to the faces you will see the word 'image'
click it, now on my pc an info bar appers which says 'the website is using a scripted window to ask you for information. if you trust this site, click here to allow scripted windows...'
if this appears on your pc the click the info bar then click 'temp allow scripted windows' then click 'images' again.

a box will appear where you need to paste the 'url' from the pic from flicker.

Hey joe, green is right but over complicating it. Get the link tonrhe photo (not the page showing the photo, thelink will end .jpg for a kpeg image normally).

Paste it into you post.... In front of it write image encased in square brackets, at the end write /image encased in square brackets.... There should be no spaces in the whole bit. Below I've written an example with a space put in deliberately after the first square bracket so you can see what it should look like;
[ image]http://yourimageurl/image.jpg[/image]
if you are still stuck, have a look at some others by quote a post with a pic in... It shows you
how to do it.
