Will a 9 speed cassette fit on my wheel?

I have a 2010 Hardrock currently running a 8 speed SRAM set up. I'm looking at buying a 9 speed shimano group set but I'm not sure it will fit on the wheel.

Any ideas? How would i check?

The rims are Alex RHD, hub is 32h.

    Thanks guys.

8, 9 and 10 speed cassettes are all teh same size and so teh wheel that fits one will work with the other sizes.

You will need a new shifter and possibly mech too though.

Thanks for the tip. I'm looking to buy a Shimano group set and wasn't sure if the new cassette would fit the hub/wheel.
