We are looking to organise some focus groups to talk about bikes and components.
We need some people who would consider upgrading their components (or have done before) and who own a bike worth £2000 or more to come in and talk about them.
8pm on Thursday, May 10th at our offices just off Piccadilly Circus.
We can offer £25 to cover travel, free refreshments and food.

I'd quite like to respond to Chris's invitation, but £25 isn't enough to cover my expenses into London, let alone back again.

Yep, £25 covers travel from London to London but not much further tbh. Looks like they'll be interviewing commuters about mudguards, puncture protected 700c tyres and pannier racks at this rate.

If they'd given more than a days notice they might have been able to book people on the Megabus for pretty much anywhere for a few quid. I forget how many P's it is but clearly they don't know either.
25 notes would just get me to leeds and back plus bus fare!

I would have gone, but I have a feeling, one days notice isnt really much notice at all... Seeing as I have a job to attend (which I am not ignoring so I can post this reply)

well one days notice for people who own a 2K+ bike, erm I think people that own a 2K bike may have jobs to fund it.
