Do a googly for it. I've got a rough map saved on my computer, but I'm on my phone right now.
I found it just by googling.
Failing that, one of the mags did a route guide recently.

It's local to me, generally you will stumble across most of the trails, there are usually loads of others there who you could ask to tag along with, you can also get maps at the cafe or bike hire place.
is there any good single track and technical challenging bits
Yes, you can spend all day there. Some great downhill, single track and a lot of jumps if that's your thing.
It's well worth a visit, plenty of parking and a good cafe.

I'm sure plenty of people don't pay, but the money goes into the upkeep of the trails so it's worth the £2.00.
I had a few visits there last year when working in Farnborough, basically just headed off into the forest and rode what I could find, as mentioned above there is a lot of singletrack, up and down, and plenty of jumps/berms etc to mess around on. It's a good place for heading off and exploring/getting lost for a couple of hours.
