    I have got hold of Mg now and will report back after the next endurance event - but I am also going to be stretching again properly as I really have fallen off that habit! I used to stretch all the time, every day, on or off training. I reckon it helps so much - our muscles contract and need to be stretched back.

    The Torq powder and gels is full of Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium - also available in bananas. Dioralyte also has most of this too.
