Trance 3 handlebars
      #4149 - 08/07/2008 07:55

Hi, i have a Trance 3. I really am struggling with the width of the bars and feel uncomfortable. Can anyone advise whether i am better cutting these down or should i look to replace with a different bar. Any suggestions would be welcome
Thanks for advice

Depends how competent you are with a hacksaw I suppose!

Are they the standard diameter or the oversized bars?

Personally I'd be happy to splurge 30-50 quid on a set of bars as they are so critical, I would also be a bit nervous about putting them in a vice to make the required adjustments.

I also subscribe to the new set of bar's every 12 months philosophy, you ever seen the damage a broken bar does to someones chin?
