 Today i managed to drop a sheet of chipboard on my foot which cracked the scaphoid bone just behind my big toe.
Anyone know how long i am looking at being"off the bike"?

Yeah but we all know how crap blokes are when we're ill!
I'd say putting up with cooking will pale into insignificance compared to the whinging and moaning you're about to endure Tricks.
Thankfully Wimbledon's on and it's the start of the TDF on Sat.

Put some sellotape and blutack round it, dose yourself up with paracetamol/beer and get out and throw yourself round the trails on the bike....worry about the pain when you're asleep!!!
