Hey dudes newbie again, ive listened to everyones advice and narrowed it down to the kona blast and caldera for my first proper bike,but which one is better, any help again?

The caldera is the higher specced bike. Or you could try the HOSS if you are a big lad.

have ridden the blast at the weekend at glentress and it was quite good,light easy to handle etc but not tried the caldera yet,was wondering if its easier to upgrade the caldera if required at alater date?

They both have the same frame(i think)so if you are looking to upgrade look at your budget first then think about what you would like to change/need to get out on the trails.
PS aren't konas a nice ride?

That's what I heard.
I'll tell you soon. Filled in all the cyclescheme paperwork to get a Blast Deluxe about 4 weeks ago (and after readin the dirty dozen as it happens), so should be able to pick it real soon.
Starting to get a bit impatient though
