Rear shock for rebuild

Been looking at the Rock Shox Monarch 3.1 for my Isis rebuild. It's well price at artound £180 & I don't really want to be paying more than that sort of price because I obviously need to buy everything else for the bike as well. It could get very expensive if I don't keep a lid on my budget. Any thoughts on the Monarch or alternative suggestions?
