yep,

park tools do a lovely one for a gazillion pounds or you can get one for about £25, it's just a simple bearing puller really.

if you're after a bodge you need a steel palate knife or paint scraper, very gently tap around the race until it's up about a 1mm then you can work the scraper into the gap and lever it up.
Drench everything in GT85 to help things along.

the next tool you'll be asking about is a crown race seating tool (or even a crown race facing tool)

Another bodge is to use a bit of 40mm osma tube and a mallet. Again drench everything in GT85 and sit the race in place then tap it down with the mallet on the tube which should be cut about an inch longer than your steerer tube. You'll know it's sat properly when the taping noise changes. Or you could spend the dosh and buy the tools.

Happy bodging.

If you tke it to the lbs, they wil do it in about 2 mins while you wait. The proper tools really do make light work of it.
If you take them a box of quality street then they may not even charge you!
