Hey, our man in the north Andy McCranky never eaves home without a buff even in the hottest of weather - he uses it to stop sweat dripping in his eyes (I alway think, why not just leave the buff behind, your head won't get so hot, and you won't sweat so much, but he's adamant)

I have to agree on head covering for stopping sweat. I used to work on kitchens when I was a fair bit younger... On the hottest days a bandana was a life saver for that very reason. Despite how daft you look it's definately a wise move.
