Believe it or not, I usually play Badminton with some old friends on a Sunday just after tea, so not washing my hair, what about the Saturday?

I usually take off to do my bike thing all day.

Again AM preferred

1) Do red route

2) Lunch 12-2 @ pub

3) Go back and do without the full climb the black route bits PM

Sound like an idea?
