Scottish Highlands XC trails?

I'm off to the Highlands, based at Gairloch, in August for 7 days and am taking bikes along (obviously!)

Have started to look for routes, but mountain biking in Scotland is rather large to say the least! Just wondering where to start really. Would like to keep driving to a minimum any help would be appreciated.
