Ive just been adjusting my chain length after realising it was too short. Where I joined the extra links it has become a quite tight link-does this matter, and should I do anything or will it loosen off in time?

you have to sort of bend the chain a bit

Remove the stiff link and replace with a sram powerlink.

i have a sram powerlink conecting the ends but i was putting links back in that i had taken out.
