Lol i did loose a stone and a half to be fair and am looking a trim 13 1/2 stone , but need to get the legs back into it, i went out Sunday local ride 20ks and felt pretty good even in the 90 degree rain on the dorset coast It was wet cold and muddy but i loved every minute of it !!!!!

It was mate
Wiped out a few times, covered in sh1te, completely drenched, numb fingers, frozen face, blinded, and the three of us were still laughing
Its was just great to be back from my 6 month trip in one piece and with all my limbs in tact

Afan is a MTBers Paradise we did the wall first of all stopped for a bit of lunch and then completed the Whites level, some excellent views (Not that i spent much time looking) with one or two epic climbs and some cracking downhill's, all in all 48 Km's

forgot to mention the massive OFF i had on the wall wheel into a rutt, slipped away, 360 over the bars and landed on my head THANK FCUK FOR HELMETS its cracked on the back so a new one needed!!!!!! without it id be in A&E right now if not then id be toast!!
Moral of that dit............wear your lid
