The July issue recommended a homeopathic treatment for bruising.
The less gullible will know that homeopathic potions contain nothing but water and wishful thinking. To make one, you get some snake oil (or arnica or whatever), dilute it so much that even an ocean of the 'remedy' won't contain a single molecule of the original potion, and bingo! You can sell tapwater at £5.99 a pop.
Most of Hannah's recommendations are perfectly sensible advice. Sadly her credibility is undermined by recommending this utterly bogus nonsense.

That's it Beaker get it off your chest... then we can all sit about with jos sticks, meditate and wear purple linen with espodrils. Anyone for tarrot? Still it's got to be better than wasting a good bit of steak?
