Just look at them, usually when the seperating spring starts to get worn by the rotor it's about time, if there is a strange noise it too late.
Innerleithen, is 50% climb and 50% down, you must have been going fast uphill to do that. Claddon bank with no brakes, you must have enjoyed that rollercoaster ride then.
