My mate spent weekend in Edale said it was brilliant (didn't ride just camping) but said quite a few riders out that way and said would be worth a visit!

Mam Tor, Dark Peak does sound good need to get up that way more, just a long way to go for me so its fitting it all in is the problem!

I guess the thing to do is try something new when the opportunity arises, that way you get to ride everything or at leat more than you would if you just stuck to the same trails weekend after weekend!
