I was trying to get down there last bank holiday but the entire place seemed full.
Not sure if you'd be happy to camp but they have a camp site near the trail centre. Google Afan and get the phone number. I spoke to a nice bloke, even though he was Welsh (ouch that'll cost me

) and he said you could have fires in the fire pits and it did sound pretty cool.
