Hi,

Avoid the Camel trail between Wadebridge & Padstow at all costs unless you just want to soak in some scenery.

I used to live in Wadebridge so know how mentally busy it gets with walkers, dogs, kids, wobbly bikes etc.

There is lots of forrestry commision up behind Wadebridge you can explore, take the road out of W'bridge past cinema on your right hand side, heading up to Burlawn, when you get to the Burlawn crossroads carry straight on for another mile and a half or so and you'll start to see some roads heading in towards the FC on your left, park up and explore. You could also do the less popular but far more rewarding W'bridge to Bodmin end of the camel trail and this will take you all the way to Camelford with some good routes to explore as you come across them.

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast!!
